Low Resistance: The #0 Orange band provides our lowest level of resistance and is great for light stretching, mobility work and warming up.

Moderate Resistance: Bands #1 Purple & #2 Red are best for general conditioning, stretching, jumping, speed training, aerobics, and for power lifters looking for extra resistance. 

High Resistance: Bands #3 Blue & #4 Green can be used by stronger powerlifter, and with exercises involving the lower body, calves, quads, hamstring and glutes.

Max Resistance: Large and X-Large Bands (#5 Black & 6 Yellow, 6.5 Gray and 7 Orange) are usually used for obtaining maximum resistance with squats, deadlifts, leg presses and shrugs.
